Tim is a client-focussed
banking specialist who has performed a variety of roles in software
development and implementation projects, as a lead business analyst,
project manager, test manager and developer. Since joining Lysis Tim
has carried out a number of strategy and analysis assignments in the
MiFID and Know Your Client spaces. He is certified as a Prince 2 practitioner
and has recent experience of both change management and training consultancy.
Tim specialises in both project management and lead BA roles in systems
development, implementation and integration programmes, utilising
both his analysis and management skills to ensure that the correct
solutions are designed and successfully implemented.
Tim was formerly a Project Manager and Systems Manager at Tullet &
Tokyo before joining City consultancy TCA Consulting was Project Manager
for a number of systems development projects for ABN AMRO, UBS and
BZW, with experience of delivery to extremely tight deadlines, on-time
and under-budget for ABN Amro, UBS and BZW.
