Jon Sweet has been a financial
services IT professional for 15 years. He has managed and executed
commercial & eBusiness strategy, IT strategy and architecture
and process engineering and system implementation programmes for major
clients including Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein,
Royal Bank of Scotland, Standard Chartered Bank, Halifax Bank of Scotland,
GNI and AstraZeneca Global Treasury.
Jon has worked in New York, London, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Paris,
Amsterdam, Helsinki, Warsaw, Bahrain and Singapore and thus has gained
invaluable experience in delivering complex IT programmes across multiple
locations and cultures.
Jon has a strong understanding of the processes for trading and settling
the full spectrum of wholesale financial markets products. He has
designed and implemented IT solutions using J2EE/JMS, client-server,
3-tier and n-tier architectures, integration middleware and component/object
technologies.
