Where do we come from?
Lysis financial was founded on 5th December 2001. Still headed up by its founder (Jon Sweet), Lysis has built a strong brand name and reputation within the banking and financial services industry, providing change management services in the compliance, business operations, process planning and IT strategy spaces.

Lysis Financial is a small but dynamic firm owned by its directors and staff and currently operating primarily in the Capital Markets and Insurance industries. It is comprised of a team of elite, forward-thinking directors and select SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and seeks to deliver cost-effective and innovative business change consultancy, tailored to the needs of the client in the ever-changing world of the financial services market.
