Process EngineeringWe work with Risk, Compliance and Operations Departments to design & implement new and enhanced processes and with IT and business change departments to improve portfolio & programme management and project evolution.
IT Strategy and DeliveryWe work with business & IT stakeholders to define IT strategy & architecture. We also carry out functional and technical requirements gathering & analysis, system selection, system implementation & testing and systems & data integration.
Portfolio & Programme ManagementWe design, plan and manage, change portfolios, programmes & projects on behalf of senior and departmental managers.
