The Client
Over the course of the past year, Lysis was the programme manager of a programme of remedial work at a FTSE-100 City financial institution which is a global market leader in its field.
The Challenge
This was a £10 million programme involving a direct team of 10 and the indirect management of a further 50 resources spread across multiple client departments. There were 60 projects in the programme spread across compliance, risk management and corporate governance involving 160 deliverables.
The Solution
In completing the remedial works, this huge programme of work was, to the satisfaction of the Group’s board, delivered on time and under budget with confirmation in post-implementation reports that it had satisfied the requirements identified prior to initiation.
