The Client
A German Wholesale Bank

The Challenge
The assignment was to determine the features of the second phase of the FX web client service. A limited phase 1 release was in existence. The challenge was to meet the requirements of 13 regional teams with conflicting priorities.

The Approach
The approach taken:
Initial requirements questionnaires created and completed with 13 regions, covering target markets, products and the type of information and services to be offered by the site.
Competitor analysis undertaken to enable benchmarking of the proposed strategy.
Facilitated 3-day workshop with regional heads of FX to develop initial strategy.
Consolidation of findings and recommendations and development of an agreed strategy for phase 2.

The Outcome
An agreed strategy was developed covering the content and priorities for the second phase delivery, including target markets and products.
